    My review still stands Feel conflicted, not sure how much seller had to do with it, but it wasn t securely packaged in shipping, either. Candle holder had bent 2 of 5 of the candles Note that nothing in the description specified the damage. Thin, flimsy packaging. Seller was unhappy with feedback, and sent me a long, rambling message.

    IBogus & irresponsible, so you ruined my perfect feedback, with no consideration, no communication and no respect. This is not how things are handled here. If item arrived damaged then communicate with seller to let them know or report it to eBay, or start a claim, or request a refund, so many options, instead you failed to follow the recommended procedures & tainted my feedback, just awful. The item was properly packaged. Never had any issue before. Sellers beware of bad apples.
