  I ordered these shoes from my phone, and did not notice that it was the wrong size. I was so disappointed, because I’ve looked for them for years to replace my worn out pair. However, when I discovered they would be too big, I contacted the seller right away, and she very quickly and kindly refunded my money. We were able to do this before the shoes had shipped, so it was a very simple transaction. I highly recommend this seller.
