    I requested the seller use UPS rather than FedEx and they agreed but then shipped FedEx anyway. They shipped me the wrong speakers and I had to take them back to FedEx, who then brought them back to me again. The seller then shipped the correct speakers but used FedEx again. Critical hardware including a speaker grill and a plinth mount were missing and one speaker had cosmetic damage. For speakers marked as new and sold for near retail price, that is not acceptable.

    I did make the mistake of shipping the wrong speaker model set. I was in communication with the buyer. I sent him out the right set. Thinking everything thing was OK with him. He never said there was a problem. As for the missing parts, I don't see how. It was listed as one sealed box and the other opened. These speakers don't come with it. Emailed him asking why did you not say there was a problem. Has nothing to say. Damaged in rout. All Return Accepted. I don't get it. No need to be this way.
