  I received the package, opened the item inside, and the bottle is 1/2 full. I took a photo and contacted the seller who wants me to return it so they can decide what they want to do about it. That presents an additional cost and effort on my part which for the price of the item seems unnecessary. I feel as if I am not believed and very disappointed with the entire experience.

  Your package was delivered new and sealed on March 29. You submitted a claim 7 days later, and we offered a full refund in good faith. However, you’ve refused to return the item. The photo you provided doesn’t match the product we shipped. As much as we’d love to offer free products, that’s unfortunately not how our business works.
