  The ‘life size swans’ were miniature and was 100% not as described. I contacted the seller who offered a refund if I sent the item back. I sent it back and they assured me that they would refund it. Two weeks later they are still telling me that it will take 2 to 3 days and to please wait. I have waited so long now that in 2 to 3 days I will no longer be able to leave a feedback which I am sure is their tactic . I have now disputed through eBay and Hope to have my money returned.

  After you send it out, please provide the shipping invoice and tracking number. Once the package arrives, eBay will arrange a full refund for you. Hope this will not bring you too much trouble .
