  We specifically asked if the item pictured—a small plush animal—was the exact one we’d receive, or if it was a stock photo, because there are different versions of this particular plush. The seller assured us the one in the photo was what she would send. In fact, we did NOT receive the one in the photo (we got the other version), contrary to the seller's promise. To her credit, the seller refunded our money, but we were responsible for taking the item to UPS to return it.
