  The bass knob I received was packaged nicely, I paid less through this seller than anywhere else I could find. I was disappointed in the end because I ordered the wrong style knob and the purchase said there was no option for returns however after reaching out to the seller he responded within a couple minutes and told me not to worry he was willing to let me return it. I am very thankful for the treatment I got. Highly recommend this seller. 🙏🏻

  BE WARNED! Initially I thought this was a good experience, at first the seller had good communication, fast shipping, and accepted a good price; BUT then my order arrived. The item didn't match the sellers description; it wasn't the product modem listed, it was in a bait and switch box, and it was clearly used.   Arrived safely and in the condition described by the Seller. Not the same Pioneer model speakers I ordered (I assume they ran out). Seller substituted with a newer Pioneer model. Same quality, no problems. Good value! Honest Seller. Pioneer prices are very competitive!
