Parcel arrived in Amazon packing even though purchased through E Bay. When I contacted them for a refund as the product I received was not as described. They sent me a QR return label which was for Amazon. I was told that Evri would pick up the package, this did not happen and they failed to respond to further messages. I had to get E Bay involed and I was refunded by E Bay
