    Overall positive experience with a couple of issues well handled by the seller. After order was immediately contacted by seller to advise of a logistical issue with the wharehouse which would delay a few days. Seller immediately sent a small gift as compensation & remained in contact providing updates. When it was dispatched Monday it arrived Wednesday. ALSO important to note is that the CUT55 comes with a 15A plug which has a wide earth needing a 15A socket, not a 'standard' 10A house socket.
