Item worked as described and arrived quickly! The package itself was beat up from transit, but the speaker itself was tightly wrapped and was perfectly fine when it arrived. Great value as well! My right Bose Companion broke and I was glad to find a replacement for that speaker opposed to buying an entirely new pair.

Controllers were shipped in a box with nothing but a plastic bag and showed damage not on the listing. Cables were separated from controller grommet on both! Items not as described or shown. If I wanted damaged controllers there were cheaper listings. Tried contacting seller and was ignored as well. Will be taking this up with Ebay support. Last two photos from the original listing compared to what I received.
