    Never received package. Final delivery company delivered it to the wrong address. Viofo did the first part right but whatever small no name final delivery company in USA messed up. It was only $6 part, but it seems viofo is only going by the delivered part on tracking. I will only order from a USA shipper that uses reliable shipping company that understands stuff gets delivered to wrong location and trys to investigate instead of not messaging me back. Not worth the hassle over $6 part ordered

    I reported to the seller that my item is defective. It turns out there’s incompatibility, which the seller explained. They said they were going to send the correct one, but understandably, took a little while to respond. I ordered from another. They could have just ignored me and burn me like other sellers before; instead, kept their word and offered a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund and I got it. I’M GLAD THERE ARE STILL GOOD PEOPLE HERE.
