    Seller allows you to make an offer, then disrespects you by not replying or giving a counter offer. If you're not going to take offers seriously, then don't allow people to make an offer. Pretty disengenuous, and frankly...RUDE. Giving the seller a positive experience because I can't negatively rate them until a week after I get the item. My issue is not the item, but the seller. Very negative experience. No wonder more people use Amazon.
