    Shipping was fast. HOWEVER, I had an issue with the fan only running at maximum speed, tried explaining the problem to seller but they totally misunderstood what I was trying to explain, ended up disassembling the fan myself and found a small metal shard making contact with some solder connections on the fans pcb, removed shard and fan works properly now. Definitely a manufacturing issue, not on the seller, although seller could work on their communication and trust customers a little more…

    We apologize for condition of the product you have ordered. But please be assured that this is not used product. You can see there is no scratches caused by usage. Those peeling marks were from long time storage in our warehouse. We will give you full refund if you are willing to change the negative feedback.
