    Unfortunately, this has been the worst experience with a seller on this site. I ordered an item in September, but after a month, I received something completely different from what was shown in the pictures. Since then, communication has been poor. I returned the item at my own cost and still haven't been reimbursed. The seller continuously provided excuses and failed to respond to my follow-up inquiries. This has been an extremely frustrating experience!
