    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, bought a rebuild kit that says fit’s my transmission and it didn’t, i talked to the seller and doesn’t wanna give a return label. Now i have to pay the shipping fee when it wasn’t my fault not matching their description. Then they started blaming my transmission was rebuilded not OE spec. How would you put a bigger bearings inside a transmission? Shave the casing? Then no respond after that. AGAIN DONT BUY FROM THEM! 7 years on ebay first time this i encounter.

    We try our best to find a solutions with all our customers. Selling on eBay's platform for over 12 years now! This buyer was unreasonable unfortunately. He purchased a transmission bearing rebuild kit that did not fit his transmission. Despite our efforts to inform him of the issue all he seemed to want to do was play the blame game and took no accountability. We will offer a full refund of the purchase price but only once he ships the parts back. We wish him all the best!

    The kit was the wrong kit when I bought the kit, I left a message saying. Do not ship until we have made contact with each other. I never received a call. Being the wrong kit has put the job way behind schedule.

    This is not correct. We respond to 100% of all messages received through eBay messages within 24/hrs. We did not receive a message from this buyer. We would have been happy to delay processing/shipping the parts purchased to ensure fitment first.
