    Great bike and it works great now. The only problem was damage during shipping so I needed a bike shop to put on a new rotor (which Vitilan sent me) and straighten out a bent brace on the back. Other than that it is great and works well and it’s stable and powerful. I would recommend to Vitilan to review their packaging for shipping because my partners bike was damaged too. The bikes are crammed into these boxes with not enough room or padding and they get damaged in transit.

    Ordered Sunday, received Wednesday. fantastic. The bike however came with a paint flaw (see photo), this of course does not reflect the service of the Australian team as it came in a sealed box, nothing that a wrap around sticker won't fix. The bike only required the pedals and handlebars to assemble and the battery to charge. Couldn't wait to hit the road on it, did 7 kms before the rain came. No problem climbing a 30 degree hill which was around 150 meters. 1st day of ownership .. Love it
