  This item appears unused and brand new. It was as described, and came in its original box which was only missing a couple of pieces of styrofoam. Extra padding inside more than made up for that. The shipping price was fair and it got here fast. The seller also offered a discount, making it a great value for the money. I can't wait to test it out more fully. Thanks!

  These were advertised as new. They were in the original box, but were definitely not new. They had dried food & a sticky residue all over. I sent the seller pics. She did offer a refund upon return. I didn't want to return. These are hard to find. As a seller myself I generally do not offer partial refunds unless it's a mistake on my end. I think an offer of a 10% refund ($3) would have been a smart thing to do. This was certainly a mistake on the sellers end. Because they said NEW.

  First of all, I apologized, said it was an honest mistake and offered a refund if they were sent back. Second the residue was NOT all over, because I took the bowls out of box to take pictures and did not see anything, so it couldn't have been very bad. To leave a neutral feedback is just being petty. I would not advise selling to this buyer.
