    Great product at a good price. Customer service is top notch, and they are always willing to make a deal. But if you need it sooner than 11-to-14 days order somewhere else they shipped it ups, and they drop it off at the post office and then they take another 2 or 3 days to deliver instead of ups bringing it straight to the house in 3 to 5 days like everyone else. I have ordered over 10 pieces of equipment from them and every time this is how it went even before the holidays. I would recommend.

    Ordered multiple tents and fans at the same time. Bad idea. Tracking of all the packages didn't match what ebay listed. Was missing multiple items. Good communication on their part. It did all get resolved and i received everything i paid for. I suggest ordering multiple things in separate orders and possibly on different days to keep the shipping easier to keep track of. Tried to save them shipping money but it only led to even more shipping for them.
