    This was a GREAT deal for lightly-used printer! The printer arrived undamaged and exactly as described. The first test job I printed came out streaky and missing some parts, so I cleaned the ink heads twice (the printer does the process itself). Still streaky, so I did a "Power Clean." Waited 12 hours as recommended and did one more normal clean. It prints and works like brand new now. Zero issues, excellent printing! I've printed in color and B/W now, highly pleased!
