    I ordered a 3XL jacket, which is too small. The seller even asked me my chest size which i said was 54", they said a 3XL was compatable with a 54" jacket chest size then shipped the jacket to me. it's too small for me to wear and they haven't responded to my last 3 emails asking how to go about exchanging it. I would ask for a larger size but they told me 3XL was their maximum size so i need to exchange it for my $154 back. Please advise on how to go about fascilitating an exchange, thanks.

    The shipping was delayed way past the promised time. It was like pulling teeth to get an update from them. This seller generated a tracking number to buy time but didn't drop off until after it was supposed to already be delivered (confirmed by FedEx). I ordered 2 of these jackets and the jackets are clearly cheap and two different jackets. You can tell they just bought cheap jackets and put patches on them. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!

    Missed the initial shipment date provided. Jacket received well after shipment date. Jacket received was not the jacket in the picture. Missing patch on back of jacket. No apology provided - but offered a $60 refund. I returned the jacket for full refund. I will never purchase anything again from this seller. A tremendous waster of time.
