  Item arrived packaged better and more securely than when the factory shipped them new. Seller friendly, honest, and obviously looking for a happy customer on every sale. Item did not work fully on arrival. NOT fault of the seller; item is complex and not easily tested. I mentioned to the seller that it did not work and asked how he wanted to proceed. 30 minutes later I had a full refund and was told to keep the item. THIS is EXACTLY how eBay should be. I will unhesitatingly buy here again.
