  Filters came only wrapped in plastic and were crushed when they arrived. Messaged seller but they said it must have been the carrier. Provided NO help whatsoever. Maybe put them in a box and mark them fragile?!? I might be able to salvage 1 of the filters. Don’t buy from this seller.

  I believe there is a difference between a statement and a request. You sent me a message stating that the six items had arrived, but some were crushed, and only two were usable. In response, I replied with a statement, apologizing and suggesting that the damage may have been caused by the mail carrier, which happens sometimes. I also mentioned that I sold the items and shipped them to you in good conditions. My reviews can speak for themselves, I have always provided quality products.

  Item advertised as new. Box was torn and attempted to be taped back together. Also, supposed to be two compression sleeves included for installation, but only had one. Contacted seller twice with my concerns, but never received a reply.
