  Took nearly a week to deliver. Doesn't do what it says on the tin. Wanted a refund but was told I was using it wrong. Don't waste your money, this rust product does not work. Poor customer service and a wasted £35.

  Took 3 days to arrive as you weren't in to receive - send 2nd class as stated in that listing. So that's incorrect. You didn't use the activator at all so it was never going to work. It's not difficult! Item returned damaged and you kept the stickers....
