  Received my controllers the other day, 1 came in damaged. I got in touch with the seller and they immediately took care of me, and not even 3 days later I received a replacement in the mail.   Controller quality is very great for the price, perfect blend of value and quality. Item was exactly as described, brand new and exactly color as ordered. Seller was wonderfully helpful in offering a replacement when I contacted them about joystick drift of the analog stick. Not only did they send a replacement for free, they stated I didn't need to return the defective controller. Above and beyond customer service, very glad I chose to purchase from this seller.

  Everything looks so good. The Wii and all the controllers look brand new, as does the Wii Sports game. Everything was packaged very securely and it shipped quickly. I have used my new Wii a few times and everything has been working as it should be. The seller was also very responsive when I had a question about the item before purchasing, so that's another plus. I'm so happy to have a Wii again! I will be purchasing more from this seller in the future.
