Says “my assistant accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address.” Says that he stopped the shipment, and it is being sent back to him, “just wait.” I check the tracking at the post office and only a flat rate envelope was sent, it should have been a box. The envelope was delivered to my neighbors across the street, so eBay “sees” it as shipped. I ask for my money back, and he says he will refund, but doesn’t. Very expensive item that doesn’t exist.
