  phone sold as "open box". instead, came a used one with a faulty screen - many burn-in areas (see picture - "home" button at the bottom, few items on the right and icons on the top - all stay all the time when a white screen is on. contacted the seller. the response was to exchange/return but as I was flying outside of country next day - no time for neither of the options. Suggested a partial refund to replace the screen (70$) . seller's offered 25$, as if no fault in misleading buyers "open box
