    I had a very positive experience with the seller. The seller stayed in contact with me until my package arrived. The product was excellent. It worked perfectly it was exactly what I needed. I gave the shipping time a four star only because the shipping company somehow miss placed my package. It was not the sellers issue. The seller did everything they could to get that to me as soon as possible and did a great job again communicating with me

    Shipped FedEx on 1/6/2025 to buyer's CA address. Current FedEx tracking shows arrival in CA on 1/16/2025. FedEx must have misrouted the shipment. It should not take this long. I advised the buyer that if the delivery is not ultimately completed, we will ship a replacement.

    Came quick, just as described, shipping box was packed well, kids love the dirt bike I got for them. My only complaint is it says rated for 120 pounds but it won't even move with my 80 pound kid on it the 2 younger kids ride it though and love it. I bought it for my middle child in hopes my oldest could ride it also but it does not push 80 pounds around the yard or driveway. My 40 pound 4 year old rips it no problem though...
