  The packaging got rough treatment on the way to me. The package had been broken open and the brackets were taped to the outside of the box which had also been taped back together. Need a better shipping company. Shades were in ok condition inside, but not the brackets.

  This seller did everything to get this wok to me but fedex delivered it to the wrong address, thats not their fault its fedex that screwed this up. The package arrived fast and fedex messed it up. This seller looked into it and gave me a fast refund and was taking care of this mess fedex made. Im giving 100% feedback.

  I have never received an online purchase that was not in some sort of packaging, whether it be a box or envelope. This was delivered to my front porch folded up and totally unprotected. It appears to be in good condition but could have been damaged in so many ways. Item was shipped very quickly.
