  Box arrived a little crushed with a hole. That's fine, ski was undamaged. I ordered it accidentally missing the "Wide" not knowing that it was the wrong size. Fitted the binding thinking I could exchange just the ski like real ski shops. Seller was unwilling to allow me to return at all as it was "used". I guess you get what you pay for, it was a decent deal, it's just turned into a big hassle to resolve by other means. I understand small business I won't be buying anything from WakeBoss again.
