Seller said it was pre-assembled & ready to use. It was not. No assembly instructions & language barrier made things difficult. Eventually got it settled, but only after incorrect assembly damaged it. Shipped to airport quickly, but freight company had no call/show 3x! Didn't get it for a month & that was with me being proactive! Ultimately still happy with the purchase but wish seller hadn't lied.

Needed assembly when it arrived but no instructions provided. Tried to contact supplier for information on replacement parts and still do not have good answers. It took 6 weeks to deliver and tracking was not provided. Lost work time when it was over 2 weeks past the latest date promised.
