  Shipping Quality 1/5. Inferior. Product Quality 5/5. Even stands up to the neglect of Seller. Condition 3/5 now. It was higher before it got damaged. Value 3/5 now. Appearance 3/5 now. Contacted Seller. All they say is how well they pack things. The photos show the truth. I shall avoid this Seller; hope you do too.

  The heavy unit was carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and packing paper to prevent movement during shipping. While the unit remained intact and fully functional a slightly bent mount piece was noted. Buyer demanded a partial refund, we explained that we are unable to accommodate such requests, as they are highly subjective. Buyer failed to respond to any further communication or questions after his demands were not satisfied, he declined return for a refund by failing to respond
