  I am aware that I purchased ear buds that were a new in box 'older' item, however, the battery was not good any longer, so the item was useless; I hadn't opened it right away; the return window, the ebay MBG, had passed, the Allstate coverage was denied due to 'item not working from seller', so I requested a refund. I was very pleased that it was provided, as to me it seemed the right thing to do, what I would have done. Than you!

  Do not buy from this person. They do not communicate or ship your item. Had you deal with PayPal and eBay to get refunded. This account has had multiple reviews like this idk why they’re allowed to still advertise. Took a month after my purchase to be refunded. Save yourself the headache.
