  Product pictured came with ratchet straps, but in the bag was just plain unstitched webbing and some caribiners. Not thrilled with the mesh either as one came with a hole in it already. Seller offered slight refund. After using it it really needs ratchet straps to stay stable and not sag. Got what I paid for I guess.
