  The ruler in the photograph (Eye Lighter) is NOT the one that is sent out, and the seller has not been helpful enabling a return, nor corrected the picture. I have now purchased the correct item from a different eBay seller, and have given up on returning this, as I am tired of hitting a brick wall for the sake of £2.50. The reason why I'm rating this as neutral is that the (Simplex) ruler I received is of good quality in its own right, and it was well packaged, just not what I had ordered.
