    The seller listed this razor as an R89 Twist, when it was actually just a plain R89. The seller had the razor listed as new although it wasn't in a box and was disassembled. For standard R89 the razor was overpriced for a std R89. The owner agreed to refund my money after I returned the razor. However shipping costs were $10 which they didn't refund. My advice, don't buy from this seller. They make their mistake your problem. Buy from Amazon or a reputable retailer who will take responsibility.

    I wished all transactions were this good. Excellent communication, description, package and shipping. The only thing that I’m bummed about is that the two knives that I bought are in no need of cleaning polishing sharpening or any other kind of tinkering. What to do with my extra time?

    Item arrived on time and in good condition. Item was slightly dirty, but no scratches or any defects in finish were noticeable. Function of adjustment knob seems appropriate however I'm not an expert in this model razor, and this is my first time handling one of these. Item description and images were good, seller packaged this item extremely well, and it was shipped promptly. Again, I also would like to compliment US Postal Service for accurate and timely tracking, yet again, great service!
