  Seller offered item they do not have and then tried to gaslight me that this was the correct item. I purchased a Thomas Paul lobster pillow. I was sent an empty pillowcase made from random junky fabric. I thought perhaps they had just sent the wrong thing in error, but they insisted the order was correct! Absurd. And they are still offering it for sale! They offered a refund but I wanted to write this first. Beware - reviews seem fake if you look closely. Too effusive. Suspicious. Stay away.
