    Quality of the watch was great. There was a minor condition in the product functionality but was able to be resolved by a local jeweler. That being said, the customer service rep of this shop went above and beyond for satisfaction. Offering multiple options such as return, exchange, store credit and repair reimbursement. I’ve always been skeptical of watches on eBay but these folks are the real deal and real value. 100% will return as a frequent shopper for watches I’ve been looking for.
