  I ordered 3 crystals and only two arrived. The third was not broken it was just missing. The only thing in the box was a sealed envelope a small piece of bubble wrap not attached to anything and two crystals. One was under the box flap the other was just loose in the box. Seller blocked me from buying after I sent a message to them with photos. No explanation nothing.

  She started complaining about the length of time for shipping .Like i have control over that . I shipped couple days after purchase. Then i get the diatribe in the feedback. I packed 3 do not know what happened to the one. I refunded her money for the one. yet she gives me negative feedback. YOU CAN NOT SATIFY HER
