    Item arrived on time with great communication while in transit. The waterbed heater looks a lot larger from the photos and I was a bit disappointed upon receiving to see that it was about 1/2 the length I was expecting. This resulted in lesser performance than expected due to less surface area and I am actually tempted to return it, but am temporarily using it as an adjunct to a second heater vs using it as a stand alone heater. Would not buy again.
