  Didn't receive item, which is no fault of the seller. It seems the postal service may have delivered it to an incorrect address - which I didn't realise until after the delivery estimate had passed. Reported to the seller and they were quick to action a full refund, so I am leaving positive feedback on the basis that they took swift action after the delivery went wrong.

  Item delivered today as described and as per the eBay listing unfortunately the tracking indicates otherwise that the parcel is still going through the parcel system - not sure what to suggest or where the problem lays. clearly no fault of the seller and the issue is with the postal services.

  Postal service delays, but was very helpful to solve. Royal Mail randomly delivered it on the day that the seller had offered a refund. Good job Seller. And as is becoming quite common now - Royal Fail or Random Mail would be more appropriate.
