  Item as described, with bonus feature that it has a magnet so it sticks on to the fridge! The cat's paw is there instead of an arrow. It's mechanical so it doesn't need batteries. There is a short ring when the time runs out. It doesn't ring for long. Box was a bit damaged in transit but I don't mind that at all and probably fault of courier, not the seller. Took a while to arrive.
