    Order description says NEW Fan as described. It was an open box with key parts missing for ceiling connection. But the real problem or issue was the light did not work, it was detective. As I tested it with another same light from my other room. I sent three (3) notes to the Seller, no replies or return notes. Received full refund $75, but what a total waste of all our time (4-wks). Please beware and ask more questions to Seller before purchasing. :(
