    Shipping was supposed to be free, but ended up costing me $39.00 for two items that USPS said was shipped incorrectly & to make even worse was one of chain hoist was advertised as a 30’ of lift but actually ended up being 20’, seller refused to cover the shipping blaming screw up on USPS 🤔(not likely) & seller didn’t acknowledge the mistake on lifting height, I sent pics of extra shipping receipt but seller denied it,,, horrible seller
