    Appearance: The TV remote was new and was as advertised. As received the remote was only 80% functional ( 2 buttons did not work). I contacted the vendor who quickly replied with a 3 step process to clear the remote and my TV and then re-pair the remote to my Samsung TV. Everything is now working as expected. I am very happy with the product and the response of this vendor. Value: Price was 1/2 to 1/3 of other vendors on eBay.

    This is NOT a SONY remote, although the photos clearly show a SONY remote. Where the word SONY is shown at the bottom, the remote says MADE IN CHINA in large capital letters as shown in photo. This remote is garbage and it has a terrible smell (probably from being shipped via boat to the USA in a container box and stored in a connex box in New Jersey). It is too expensive to return. So I will just warn everyone, be wary of what you purchase from this seller and read everything carefully.
