  I don't understand all of the negative feedback.That certainly wasn't my experience. I received the rollers in 4 days! I thought that was amazing. The hairsetter appears to be brand new with all the parts and packing. The only thing was the box that had a few dents, which was clearly shown in the posted picture. Some people who reviewed this hairsetter said that it got too hot and others stated that it didn't get hot enough. Go figure. I would purchase from this seller again in a heartbeat
