I tried contacting the seller twice, but never heard back. I debated writing this review but it has been weeks since my purchase, and I still have not heard back. So, it is with disappointment that I write this review. The product was everything I had hoped for, and I have since replaced the glass on my own. A simple apology, or recognition of my email, would have gone a long way.
