Ridiculous, bad seller. They posted a picture of the product with glare obscuring the view. As the front of the packaging was transparent I asked it the figures were poseable. He replied that he didn't know because he didn't open packages. Seems he wasn't willing to look at it SMH . It was easier not to answer. Now it says in tracking that it's been in CT since 1/11/25. When notified he gave me uninformed, generic responses. Still not here , I wll avoid this seller from now on, you should too

buyer is being very unfair we sent item out the same day as order Fedex if Fedex is slow to deliver that should not be a reason to give us a bad review also we sent a full refund to buyer as soon as they requested the item will still be delivered we have had no bad feedback till this customer
