  Seller shipped the item in an envelope with a paper cd sleeve inside with no protection. Cd sleeve was crumpled on the ends. The item had a few scratches, and a large smudge of something on the DVD. Was doubtful it would read, so I contacted the seller before cleaning it. Seller offered a refund, but I informed the seller that more care should be taken (and more pride in your business) when exchanging something of value for money. I cleaned the DVD and it worked. Not sure if I would buy again
