    The item arrived INCREDIBLY late for my sick friends as a gift. I sent a message about it to the seller, only to be completely ignored. Returning item for a FULL refund. Avoid this seller, like they avoided my messages.

    Buyer is not wrong, I dropped the ball on communication. My son was admitted at the hospital for two weeks. In the spirit of all caps, item was sent out after purchase, and buyer was only not responded to for 5 FULL days. eBay had sent a notification stating they would send out a return label to start the process. I do take my responsibility as a seller seriously. I just got caught in a mess terrified of my son's health. I also added a temp vacation notice as soon as I knew I would be away.
