  Paid top dollar ($1700) for two signed pops. Included certification photos in this feedback for future buyers to see. I did not receive these signature certifications. I thought I might have messed up. Auction says "please feel free to pay fees afterwards for certification" so I reached out hoping I can get the certifications shown in the item photos.
